Article about a hyperlocal online news startup, not properly referenced as passing WP:NMEDIA. As always, every new online publication is not automatically entitled to have a Wikipedia article just because it exists, and the notability test hinges on externally validated analysis of its significance -- but the referencing here consists of two citations to its own self-published content about itself, three citations to content on the websites of directly affiliated non-media organizations, and absolutely zero citations to any WP:GNG-worthy reliable source coverage about it.
