Paid promotion for a non notable newspaper. Paper lacks significant coverage in independent reliable sources. Current sourcing does not extend beyond local interest coverage. A search found nothing good for notability for this newspaper. duffbeerforme (talk) 09:16, 27 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

- Comment: It looks like it was more than a newspaper for a while there - it was also a homeless shelter that received no small amount of criticism. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 05:32, 31 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
- Hmm... it looks like it's a blanket name for an overall advocacy center run by the COSAC Foundation. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 05:47, 31 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
- It might be worthwhile to retitle this to the COSAC Foundation. Their website uses the name "Homeless Voice" but a lot of the coverage for the group tends to refer to their current work by the foundation's name. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 06:08, 31 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.

- Keep: Look at the CNN article. What more is needed than that? Its received national coverage. Remove the self-promotion and keep. Asdfsadfsadfsadfsad (talk) 20:43, 7 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment: The article was created by a sock, so it can be WP:G5'ed? For Notability: Topic meets WP:GNG beyond any doubt. Anup [Talk] 02:34, 9 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
- Probably not a G5 candidate, as the sockmaster wasn't blocked when the article was created, so they weren't evading a block. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 05:01, 10 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
- uh, missed that. It should be kept then. Anup [Talk] 14:00, 10 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep: Topic under discussion has received significant coverage in multiple independent reliable sources -- therefore meets general notability guideline and should be kept. Other issues revolving around promotion, appropriate title, etc. can be discussed on article's talk page. However, in my opinion, the current title is more appropriate. There is very little about the foundation and they seem to inherit notability from "The Homeless Voice", advocacy group and newspaper they run. Anup [Talk] 14:00, 10 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep -- sources that have been presented at this AfD have been compelling (NPR, Editor & Publisher, etc). Sufficient to meet GNG. K.e.coffman (talk) 16:04, 12 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep per WP:HEY. Closing admin, please consider a redirect to or from the foundation. Bearian (talk) 16:51, 15 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
