Non-notable newspaper. The situation isn't helped by historical newspapers of the same name (Such as one distributed in West Bengal from 1947 on [1] ) I attempted to do WP:BEFORE in this case but as this is the first time I've had to do it for a newspaper I don't know what string to use to even begin to look for sources. —A little blue Bori v^_^v Onward to 2020 05:22, 31 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
