Apparently a "culture, mentality, entity, genre of music and ultimately a global Movement" but in reality just a non-notable neologism which has received no mention in books or in the news. Just try Googling with the search term "SurfRap", and all you'll get are false positives, a large number of them in foreign languages. CtP (t • c) 16:44, 22 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
