Non-notable "cartoon": as far as I can tell it was actually video game, but I can find only the most passing mentions on a couple of forums and a couple of YouTube videos (you can watch it [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Edk4bcjskVc here, for instance). It's not what the page is missing (though it's not going to be up for WP:GA anytime soon), it's what the page's subject is missing—notability.
