Does not appear independently notable. Can find little literature that mentions him (by real name or nickname), and these mentions are very brief. The source used for the article names him as one of 100 ex-guerrillas being questioned at the Hague, and relies itself partially on the man's brother on Facebook. - Delete: per nom BLP, not sure this even makes a valid claim to notability. Fails GNG and NBIO. Sources in article and BEFORE found nothing with WP:SIGCOV from WP:IS WP:RS addressing the subject directly and indepth. BLPs require strong sourcing.
