Not yet notable per WP:MUSICBIO, and no significant coverage online in WP:RS for notability per WP:GNG. WP:TOOSOON at best.
Nothing to do with notability, but still interesting: the article was created by a User:KDGMusicGroup, some sort of music business outfit which I can't find online apart from a trademark application for "RAYLA" on Justia, and proposed deletion was contested by a sockpuppet per WP:Sockpuppet investigations/KDGMusicGroup/Archive.
