The result was delete. The dissenting "keep" vote points out several points which would have validity if Burundi once had a railway system, but in this case there is no evidence of there ever being one. Concerning proposals for a railway, I note the article does not point to any sources for such proposals whatsoever. The remainder of the article is about railways in neighbouring countries.
