This is Central Bank of Myanmar's licensed issued and Ministry of Finance's authorised organisation, running on the ground of Yangon, Myanmar like other organisation's article. Also it is highlighted on Non-Banking Financial Institution. I didn't find any promo or marketing related on this article.
