University fellow (not a prof), PhD completed in 2014, h-index of 11 on Google Scholar, doesn't seem to pass WP:NPROF. Kj cheetham (talk) 11:25, 6 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete per nom, early-career scientist, not notable enough (yet, at least). --DoubleGrazing (talk) 15:10, 6 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Current sources doesn't indicate that he passes WP:NPROF. Pilean (talk) 15:23, 6 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete I'm not sure why the "needs additional citations for verification" tag is dated October 2019, since the article was created yesterday [1]. Anyway, I'm not seeing evidence for passing WP:PROF (which would be very difficult for a postdoc). In addition, there may be WP:COI/WP:AUTOBIO concerns, as the IP that created this article by overwriting a redirect geolocates to Redwood City, California and the subject works at UC San Francisco. - Comment I can only assume that tag was copy and pasted from another article! -Kj cheetham (talk) 18:59, 6 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- That seems a likely possibility. My guess is that the article on Raul Andino, listed as an advisor, was the source. XOR'easter (talk) 20:14, 6 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. Citations [2] too low to convince me of a pass of WP:PROF#C1, no other claim to notability evident. —David Eppstein (talk) 18:47, 6 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. Regarding NPROF C1, here are Dr. Dolan's credentials in relation to those of his coauthors (with more than 5 papers) on his most recent 4 and most cited 4 works: total cites: Dolan: 318, median: 1688, avg: 5421; total papers: D: 12, med: 35, avg: 79; h-index: D: 11, med: 16, avg: 25. No other criteria for NPROF (or GNG) are even close. JoelleJay (talk) 19:19, 6 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete, per nominator and editors above (early snow close anyone?), article appears to have been created early in a possibly promising career, a case of WP:TOOSOON. Coolabahapple (talk) 01:00, 9 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
