The result was withdrawal by nominator. After further discussion with Tothwolf, we've decided that it meets notability (as it's a popular software), though it needs a lot of work. ^blurred_peace ☮ 20:58, 19 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The IRC client does not assert notability (has not been mentioned in any reliable sources). Searches on Google turn up download pages and support forum requests (that including Google News as well). Google Books shows two relevant results, but the two books do not assert notability of the software either.
