Longtime troubled and sparsely edited article that looks more like a personal page and my searches found nothing to suggest improvement (most fruitful searches here, here and here). She may have been well known and locally notable but there's also no alternative to deletion such as moving elsewhere. Pinging taggers PaintedCarpet and Discospinster.
