Comment: I'm from Ireland, where our Wikipedia project has a good coverage of local government in the Republic of Ireland. However, New Castle seems to be the only county council in DE with its own page, if each separately did, I'd be inclined to oppose. It's notability arises from its connection with Biden, as seen in its development from a redirect in July last. Does KidAd have any views on its notability beyond that?
