I do not think this article on an Australian writer and historian meets WP:GNG or WP:WRITER. There is one footnote, to an article about the launch of one of his books. There are two other links, of which one is a deadlink and the other is to the subject's publishing company's website. The article has been tagged with notability concerns since 2009.
