Lack of Notability. The article is misleading since Konami was not the one who created this hoax. In fact it was a fansite Snake Soup that orchestrated the April Fools Day joke. All the sources for that article entry point to the same exact page here. Doing searches on Google lead to that article and this Wikipedia article.
