Tagged as db-nn, but I thought it needed a full AfD as the article does make claims to notability - "recognized as a valuable asset to the Australian Film and New Media Production Industry". Seems to violate WP:COI as article creator has same name as subject. 17 GHits for "matthew pratley", only one of whom seems to be our man (came 5th in a BMX competition).
