The result was speedy delete per WP:G1. I read through this a few times and for the life of me I can't quite figure out what this article is supposed to be about. I'm willing to re-open this if anyone particularly wants it to go through a full week, but I honestly don't see where this will close any differently or where any of this could be helpful to merge elsewhere even if there were a good place to merge.
