Delete as per WP:NOT in a number of areas - Wikipedia articles are not: 1. Mere collections of external links - this is just a collection of external links. Internet guides. Wikipedia articles should not exist only to describe the nature, appearance or services a website offers - that's all this is - a guide to sites that are suitable for the PSP.
