Prodded a couple of times for failing WP:BASIC, which it still does, with the only sources being WP:NEWSPRIMARY interviews. No suggestion that Jones meets WP:NAUTHOR - the only claim of significance made is that one of his novels "won the 2010 Royal Palm Literary Award", but this was one of many awards that year (in this case in the "Horror / Dark Fantasy (Unpublished)" category) rather than an overall award, and it's unclear whether the Florida Writers Association's Royal Palm awards are significant.
