• Keep the coverage cited in the article about his family tragedy is indeed local - but it's also easy to find national coverage such at this. There's also a lot of ongoing coverage of his career, allowing for an article to be written - which is not surprising with over 140 top-tier appearances in 8 seasons for a 24-year old! • Comment There was more in-depth coverage this week, not related to the transfer, which compared him positively to Daniel Udoh, who featured in 33 matches last season, and (tied) for number 2 on the team for goals. He also played for Shrewsbury on the 11th, scoring in a pre-season friendly against Bala Town F.C.. With this new reference (the first one in the comment), I think GNG has been met, and I'll add it tot he article. I think we should apply WP:NORUSH to this. Alternatively, the article should be moved to Draft - as surely, playing on a 3rd tier team, an article will be created for him soon. Nfitz (talk) 05:30, 24 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
