This was redlinked in the discussion logs, so I'm fixing the nomination for User:Rogermx, and left a note on his talk page to come and provide his rationale for deletion. Dylan, thank you for fixing the nomination for me - this is my first one. I have found no hits on Google for the subject, there is only one reference source provided, and the content indicates that the subject is indeed a minor criminal who is neither famous or notorious.
