notability? Steinhfer (talk) 03:21, 7 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Speedy keep and close – Note: The nomination doesn't contain a valid rationale for deletion, per criterion listed at WP:DEL-REASON. Northamerica1000(talk) 08:31, 7 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Comment There does appear to be a reason - notability?. However, whether this is the case is debatable. A quick google finds [1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8] amongst many other sources. However, whilst deletion may not be jutified, it could make use of independent sources and be written a little less like an advert. Pit-yacker (talk) 13:59, 7 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Comment A source of confusion is a previous name change. Jolicloud was originally the name of an operating system, and the company that produced it. Later (as I understand it), the company, still called Jolicloud, renamed the OS Joli OS. That article was the original one, and its notability isn't disputed. But the name change left "Jolicloud"--the product--which (whatever it is) is described here. Note that your Google cites refer to the OS, and thus pertain to Joli OS, not this article. Delete These references provided by Northamerica1000 are for the old Joli OS. No prove that the brand new Jolicloud platform is notable. --Інфарматыка (talk) 12:09, 9 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Comment - Yes this appears to be so. Information in the article stated as "It is also part of the operating system renamed Joli OS." is somewhat misleading. Struck out my !vote above, in part because these do refer to the Joli OS, which already has its own article. The references I cited above have been removed from the article. Delete And rename Joli OS "Jolicloud (company)". The article would mainly be about the company's only notable product--the OS (now open sourced)--with brief mentions of the " Desktop" and the unspecified beta--per the company's official site. Jolicloud (the company) seems to be reinventing itself, which makes this confusing. But for a Wikipedia article, the history is the history.Barte (talk) 15:25, 9 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Delete. I fail to see the notability (WP:ORGIN). --Ifnord (talk) 17:50, 15 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Merge into Joli OS, and possibly move that to Jolicloud or Jolicloud (company) per Barte, but that's another discussion for another day. Martijn Hoekstra (talk) 11:54, 16 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion so a clearer consensus may be reached.
