WP:BLP of a single-market local radio personality and non-winning electoral candidate, sourced only to a single deadlinked news article for which he isn't the subject, but the bylined author of it. This is not the quality of sourcing it takes to get a person over WP:GNG, and nothing here is substantive enough to earn him an exemption from having to meet GNG. Delete.
