Possibly written by a relative, or someone who knew him personally, but this article is completely unsourced. The only thing I can find online is a funeral notice in a local newspaper. There are no claims in this article of him being particularly notable, and no evidence online of any wider notability e.g. books, newspaper obits. Fails WP:GNG, time for the article to go.
