- Comment: I don't know much about this person but a quick search on Spanish sources shows that he was a host of a popular TV show in Puerto Rico in addition to have won some pageant competition. Furthermore, it seems there are enough sources in Spanish to establish his notability. - Keep - The article needs to be worked on and expanded, but the subject is notable enough to be mentioned in multiple reliable sources. Let's face it, a person does not have to be internationally known to be notable nor do the sources have to be in English to be reliable. I mean, most people do not even know who the greatest RV host or star in Kenya is, but that does not mean that he/she is not notable.
