Keep. Ive found 2 instances of coverage of this in what I think are reliable sources in the past month, which is impressive for such an old study. A HuffPost blog says talks about "the increasingly influential International Assessment of Agricultural Knowledge, Science and Technology for Development (IAASTD)". Mother Jones refers to the study as "the global consensus of ag-development experts". I feel that the topic is notable even if the current article is a bit promotional, so it should be kept.
