Delete That was well-intended, but completely useless, at least in present state. The wikilings to categories should not be used. Delete largely incomplete article. Has potential, but needs a lot of work. Could go back into draft for more work, beofre going into mainspace again. if an article needs a bit of work to make it better, I sometimes jump in, but this would be *massive* to get it to the point to get it in shape.
