The article is just a pasted list of the competencies of the Provisional Institutions of Self-Government set up by the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo. The topic is dealt with in a far more encyclopaedic manner in the article on the Provisional Institutions of Self-Government. We would not want to merge this article into that one as a there is an appropriate link in that article to the source of this copy-and-pasted information. • Comment This is not a good article, but it is a standard one to have for government entities (e.g. Government of the United States, Government of San Marino). Perhaps a disambiguation to cover pre-"provisional" governments when it was a province, and the current one, and perhaps an eventual autonomous/independent one? At worst, a redirect to the Provisional article. (I should note that both of the ones I pointed to are in fact redirects.
