- Comment. I would have expected that this topic could warrant a long, high-quality article, but this article is only four sentences long and has zero sources cited. If this article isn't brought up to acceptable quality soon, I would recommend redirecting either to Gambling in the United States or List of casinos in Nevada, as the latter might be closer to what people might expect under this title. --Metropolitan90 (talk) 22:06, 2 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Redirect to List of casinos in Nevada I honestly expected a 'what were you thinking' speedy keep when I clicked the article, but like M90, was surprised to see it so empty. I'm sure this is an expansion candidate as the gaming industry is basically what's driven Nevada's growth since Hoover Dam was built, but for now, a list-of redirect might be best to help the reader to the right place. - Redirect to Gambling in the United States: And add ((R with possibility)) as this could be a high quality article as mentioned. JavaHurricane 06:39, 3 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- A bold speedy redirect would have also done I suppose, but since we are here, let's go ahead with this. JavaHurricane 06:40, 3 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
- Weak redirect: This is a troubling one. Gambling in Nevada is obviously and certainly a notable stand-alone topic. This article is obviously and certainly not of any imaginable use to readers in its current state. There are reasonable arguments for both proposed redirect targets; the question is which one inclines people to actually convert it to an article. "List of casinos" is probably more reader-friendly, which trumps that, but a theoretical non-terrible article on this is the actual reader-friendly outcome.
