The result was no consensus. I interpret the keep !vote as attempting to counter systemic bias. Since it doesn't appear that this article has been brought to the attention of possible subject matter experts (given that the talk page currently is a red link) I that a no consensus close for this time is an appropriate reading of the limited discussion. Keep I'd say that a TV show translated into several languages and broadcast in several countries (in this case, Chinese, English, Thai, and Tagalog, at least) is unquestionably notable enough for an article.
