Not a commonly used term. The paper cited as the sole reference here has been cited only once a/c Google Scholar.In addition, Google shows another paper about it by the same authors. - Delete: Appears to be a term invented by the authors of the paper, identified as the sole source, with little other coverage, so fails the GNG.
