Little known as a director or as a freelance writer. His two films are shorts and his "first feature film" has yet to receive any sort of non-trivial coverage. It is also quite clear that the author of the article (which is quite complacent) is either Mr Bertam himself or someone closely associated to him, raising strong concerns of conflict of interest.
