Unremarkable back-alley office building of which there are hundreds, if not thousands in Hong Kong. References to a famous tea house having stood on the site or SYS having walked down the street where the building now stands do not sufficiently establish notability of the structure there today. The article may also be viewed somewhat promotional for the building, especially since there is some weight on its location, "famous" shops nearby, walking directions from public transport as well as purchase agreements for office space as reference. _pseudonym Jake Brockman ^talk 08:39, 25 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Delete as being a run of the mill commercial establishment. Notability is not inherited from a famous street to a business located thereon. In a large, international city, about 1 street per 50,000 inhabitants is notable, and in every old neighborhood, no doubt many famous or infamous incidents have happened in the past. The claims on this page are spammy to the point of being farcical. President Obama once lived in my election district - who the hell cares? Bearian (talk) 19:05, 9 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
