Delete. It takes major accomplishments for a Ph.D. student to be sufficiently notable for an article, and I don't see that here. It's a little difficult to distinguish his publications from the other "C. Rausch"s appearing in Google scholar, but I don't see anything special e.g. in this search. —David Eppstein (talk) 18:37, 25 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
