I declined this ((db-advert)) nomination as I didn't feel it met the criteria. The original concern was it was advertising the biteindex website listed (which was a valid concern), and the website had a backlink to the Wikipedia article (less of a concern in my opinion). While I don't think the article meets the CSD criteria I do think that it doesn't meet the general notability guidelines. It seems like it is one person's interpretation of the Solunar Theory as it relates to fishing.
