This article, about a Scottish amateur football club from the Western Isles, was originally speedied (as "Back Football Club"), but following discussion with the article creator there may be a claim to notability, so listing here instead. Oldelpaso 19:43, 8 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

• Delete, but I'm going to buck what I see as normal precedent and lay off the speedy - one, it was effectively overturned, and two, it actually asserts notability (while not citing it). I'm calling delete, though, largely due to semantics - as I see it, an amateur league, if they manage to cross the line into notability, pretty much has "gone pro", and in this case, they are only part of amateur tournaments in their locality.
