Algorates is described by multiple media sources including Fox News, the International Business Times (http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/high-frequency-trading-wall-street-rigged-1442734) and the Wall Street Journal as one of the first to employ HFT (High Frequency Trading) and Algotrading in the market, and is therefore clearly notable. Speedy delete. Being "one of the first" is not an assertion of significance as required to avoid speedy deletion in accordance with WP:CSD#A7.
