It's an historic building. It's not the fact that it's been damaged that makes it notable, but the fact that it's an historic mosque, as stated in the referenced document. And yes, we do create articles for historic buildings. -- Necrothesp (talk) 16:03, 14 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Delete - A brief trivial mention in a single source does not give enough weight to warrant an article. The article fails WP:GNG. This article's AfD is identical to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Mosque al-Herak, so that's the one I'll be watching; no need to say the same comment and have the same discussion across multiple pages. - Sudo Ghost 16:20, 14 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
