Being on a United Nations list as a member of Al-Qaeda doesn't satisfy any notability criteria that I know of. According to older revisions of the article, he was removed from the list in 2006, and all charges were dropped. OhNoitsJamie Talk 23:53, 10 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
