Whether the organization has a website or not is not at issue. At issue is whether the organization is notable. Wikipedia guidelines say that something is notable if it "has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject". Delete: A notable gym is a gym that trains notable fighters working for notable organizations. See WP:MMANOT. This is not notable.
Delete. No notability of its own. The only claims are based on self-published material, mere existence, and association with someone who is independently notable himself apart from intrinsic connection to the group.
