Keep I found ~~this~~ [edit: I linked the wrong article here, it should be this] in The Cambodia Daily and this in The Phnom Penh Post. As the latter ref says, this bank won "Cambodia Retail Bank of the Year" in the "Asia Banking & Finance Retail Banking Awards". These refs and the award pushes this above the keep threshold for me.
