I'm not writing about myself. I'm writing on behalf of the artist. This is not even for promotional purposes. It follows the guidelines,seriously? This not for promotional purposes but it is meant to create awareness about South Africa musicians that have gone unnoticed and forgotten because there's no information on the internet about them.

It is precisely because there is no information about them that Wikipedia does not have an article about them Wikipedia is not a means of promotion; it's not the place to raise an artist's profile if said artist is not already noteworthy. Whether you are writing about yourself or about a client makes no difference; you are clearly here for the sole purpose of writing to promote a non-notable topic, and that in itself is sufficient grounds for a block.
