Hi Ginny, if you'd like a set of 5-min introductions to a few aspects of Wikipedia, I'd recommend this introduction. For more details on most topics check the Getting started page, and you can ask for help about anything at the Teahouse - a help desk for new users. Lastly, something that'll help in seeing who wrote different bits of a page, I recommend installing this firefox extension or this chrome extension. Looking forward to working with you.
