Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. The following links will help you begin editing on Wikipedia:
Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:
The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Nimrod, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. Further deletion is likely to get you blocked. Doug Weller talk 12:32, 29 December 2018 (UTC)
Besides not being a contemporary, we treat him as a primary source. Our articles should in the main be based on reliably published secondary sources. See WP:Verify and WP:RS. If you think the sources we are using fail our criteria you can go to WP:RSN. Doug Weller talk 17:27, 29 December 2018 (UTC)
Hey, you are not really using any sources for that paragraph, you took that from your guts. Those "editors" that message me also failed to give any source for their claim in the article. It sounded to me more like their opinion than actual historical data. So no one can state that Nimrod is any kind of "conflation". On the country, even Britannica says that there is a resemblance between Nimron and Gilgamesh (see links belos). Further, if Joshephus is "not a reliable source" then neither are you at all, so that misleading piece of information you added should be definitively removed!

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
