Hi, could you please review the following articles for me, when you have time: Croftinloan School, Doug Mitchell (film producer) and Alan Watson Featherstone. I have been waiting for almost five months for the Croftinloan article to be reviewed! Obviously, a lack of editors. (You previously reviewed my article for John Henderson Sinclair last year) Many thanks. Gomach (talk) 09:35, 29 May 2014 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Wikipedia:Help desk, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. AlexTiefling (talk) 16:19, 30 May 2014 (UTC)

Guild of Copy Editors May 2014 backlog elimination drive wrap-up
Participation: Thanks to all who participated! Out of 51 people who signed up this drive, 33 copy edited at least one article. Final results, including barnstars awarded, are available here. Progress report: We reduced our article backlog from 2,987 articles to 2,236 articles in May, the lowest backlog total since we began keeping records in 2009! Since at least 300 new articles were tagged during May, that means we copy edited over 1,000 articles in a single month. Amazing work, everyone! Blitz: The June blitz will run from June 15–21. This blitz's theme is Politics. Sign up here. Election: You can nominate yourself or others for the role of Coordinator for the second half of 2014 here. Nominations will be accepted until June 14. Voting will begin on June 15 and will conclude on June 28. Cheers from your GOCE coordinators Jonesey95, Baffle gab1978, and Miniapolis. My article Abel Laureano wasn't accepted. Sincerely I don't know what to do to make it acceptable. Can you tell me what I did wrong? Many thanks. Maria RentoMaria.Rento IESF (talk) 21:30, 6 June 2014 (UTC)
Thank you so much. I see you fixed my link tagging. What is the next step. I am concerned that my article is not in my original sandbox. When I click my sandbox in the top menu it takes me to another link appearing on the left. It's a small link that says "Sandbox/GreenLips User". When I click there my article does appear—and nicely linked, thanks to you. Any help is appreciated. GreenLips (talk) 14:04, 7 June 2014 (UTC)

Hi Ukexpat,
Please don't delete the HealthDay page. It is similar to Reuters health and has tons of great health content available daily. The news website is consumer.healthday.com and has free articles and videos. It is not spam since the articles written are from health reports and medical journals. HealthDay is not a pharmaceutical company. I agree with the changes you made. It's much shorter and easier for people to find information.
Thank you! — Preceding unsigned comment added by ReynaLarios (talk • contribs) 19:41, 17 June 2014 (UTC)

We edited at practically the same time on the helpdesk. How did this not cause an edit conflict? I submitted after you did, but my comment is above yours. How is this possible? Piguy101 (talk) 21:02, 10 July 2014 (UTC)

I noticed you changed corrections that were made to the Grace College & Seminary page. You changed things that were correct, do you have any connection with Grace? Why are you changing these corrections? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bpintern4 (talk • contribs) 15:26, 11 July 2014 (UTC)
Dear UKexpat,
The note below is in response to the Speedy Deletion of a submitted article on The Society for Planetary SETI Research.
From Horace Crater to "Ukexpat". Please let me know if the material I provide below is sufficient for me to use the first few paragraphs from my website http://spsr.utsi.edu in the formation of my proposed Wikepedia articles. Let me know if there is any thing else I can provide to you.
Thanks
