Greetings. I assume that are relatively new to Wikipedia, but your contributions on real estate topics are valuable and welcomed. I've made a few relatively minor edits and/or clarifications.

One thing to know: real estate is a controversial topic on this site. Generally, we are able to mount peer pressure to revert or, at least, significantly adapt controversial (or just plain wrong) statements. I know of your work in relation to real estate and the NAR "e-Pro" designation. I was a e-PRO myself until I retired from 20 years in r.e. Maryland and moved to New Mexico in 2005.
