![]() | Hello! You look like someone who might be interested in joining WikiProject Pakistan, and so I thought I'd drop you a line and invite you! We'd love to have you help us :-) Mar4d (talk) 17:58, 18 August 2016 (UTC) |
Hi, and welcome to Wikipedia. I'm from WikiProject Pakistan. We're a group of editors working to improve Wikipedia's coverage of Pakistan.
There are a variety of interesting things to do within the project; you're free to participate however much — or little — you like:
Hi Rotunga. Please note that there are editing restrictions in place on the Kashmir conflict. Attempting to identify sources by national identity is a violation of those restrictions and is subject to an immediate block. Please familiarize yourself with these restrictions (and, since you're new on Wikipedia, you need to be aware that there are discretionary sanctions in place on all India/Pakistan topics - doubtless someone will post them on your talk page). --regentspark (comment) 11:58, 24 August 2016 (UTC)
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Rape in India. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Drmies (talk) 02:45, 25 August 2016 (UTC)
