Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Il Divo, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Windsor. Mama (Il Divo), a page you created, has been tagged for deletion, as it meets one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion; specifically, it is about a real person\, group of people\, band\, club\, company\, organization\, or web content\, but does not indicate why its subject is important or significant.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Greetings. At least one of your recent edits, such as the edit you made to Daniel Craig, did not appear to be constructive and has been or will be reverted or removed. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make some test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Again, as mentioned before, these videos use stock footage from the films - it doesn't mean that he is credited specifically for a music video. This is the case for all four. 4TheWynne(talk)(contribs) 05:19, 3 February 2016 (UTC)

The article William Hunt (company) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the ((proposed deletion/dated))
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing ((proposed deletion/dated))
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. —S Marshall T/C 23:43, 30 November 2016 (UTC)

Hi. We (the Research Team at Wikimedia Foundation) are building an algorithm that will align Wikipedia article sections across languages. For improving this algorithm we need the help of multilingual Wikipedia editors to provide true statements to the algorithm. You are contacted because based on your Babel template and/or content translation tool usage you know at least two of the following languages: ar (Arabic), fr (French), ja (Japanese), en (English), es (Spanish), ru (Russian).
(Note: by clicking the links in the following paragraph, you will be taken to Google spreadsheet.) If you'd like to help us with translating a subset of the section titles on or before 2018-05-06, please read and follow the instructions. If you see instructions in another language, please scroll down to find your preferred language. If you have questions about this message, you can contact us via Diego. Thank you! :) --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 15:49, 23 April 2018 (UTC)
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Timeless (Il Divo album), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Geoffrey Parsons (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). A tag has been placed on File:Tom_Hardy_2021.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. — JohnFromPinckney (talk / edits) 09:01, 20 September 2021 (UTC)

Hi Nottedeluce! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Nicholas Hoult that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Nicholas Hoult. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. —Joeyconnick (talk) 03:54, 17 December 2023 (UTC)

. Aoidh (talk) 12:00, 17 December 2023 (UTC)Why don't other users let me write and add information to the article?that's a good reason why you should stop and discuss the changes on the article talk page, and explain why the content you added belongs and get clarification so that you understand what the issues are and why you're being reverted. Just because information is referenced does not mean it belongs on the article. Once you are no longer blocked I highly advise you to use the article's talk page and discuss the content and try to obtain a consensus regarding the material instead of trying to force through your changes, because if you continue to edit war you will likely be blocked again for a longer period of time. If it becomes apparent that you do not intend to cease edit warring you may be blocked indefinitely (meaning you are not automatically unblocked after a set amount of time has passed) and in that case you would only be unblocked once you can convince an administrator that the block is no longer necessary. For this reason, please use the article's talk page, discuss the content and come to some form of consensus before trying to reinsert the material into the article. - Aoidh (talk) 01:01, 18 December 2023 (UTC)
