Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Arch Capital Group requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. —Oluwa2Chainz »» (talk to me) 14:56, 6 November 2016 (UTC)

Hi. You seem pretty committed to adding links to stockrow to WP.
Hello, I'm Jytdog. I wanted to let you know that one or more external links you added have been removed because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you.
Please consider reading the material on the mainpage of WP:WikiProject Companies and then asking folks who are part of that project at the associated Talk page how they feel about adding stock listings to a Newco listing site across many WP articles, as you have been doing. That is the normal process for making the kind of broad additions you have been doing. Jytdog (talk) 11:06, 11 November 2016 (UTC)
Thank you Jytdog. I have created a new section there as you suggested. Maxime Vernier (talk) 11:22, 11 November 2016 (UTC)
Thanks for uploading File:Archnewlogo11.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 04:17, 15 November 2016 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Global Payments, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may be soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. However, even if you use one of these processes to release copyrighted material to Wikipedia, it still needs to comply with the other policies and guidelines to be eligible for inclusion. If you would like any assistance with this, you can ask a question at the help desk.

Hello! I noticed you are interested in editing finance-related articles. Would you mind taking a look at an edit request I've made on the BNY Mellon Talk page? They're very small updates, but I am avoiding making the edits myself because I have a financial COI (I'm monitoring the article on behalf of BNY Mellon). I'd appreciate any assistance you can provide, but no worries if this doesn't appeal to you. Thanks! Heatherer (talk) 21:22, 15 December 2016 (UTC)
Maxime,
Is there a reason why you are removing the sub-industry on several entries for the List of S&P 400 companies page? I would think we should try to find the sub-industry when available. An example would be Jones Lang LaSalle where the sub-industry should remain Real Estate Services under the Real Estate sector. Ksu6500 (talk) 02:11, 2 January 2017 (UTC)
I do agree with you. When I did this, it was to correct the sector and since I did not know the Sub-industry I left it blank. My source for S&P 400 companies is the iShares Core S&P Mid-Cap ETF and on their website they only mention the sector but not the sub-industry. Maxime Vernier (talk) 18:35, 2 January 2017 (UTC)
I did find the iShares Core S&P Mid-Cap ETF (IJH) holdings spreadsheet on the iShares website. It did contain some useful information including being able to sort by name within sector. This did help to confirm we have all of the current holdings and the correct sector for each holding. It can be difficult to find the GICS sub-industry especially for holdings that have been on the index for many years. I try to use the GICS sub-industry on the S&P press release when changes are made to the index. Sometimes I have had to resort to Morningstar.com for information esp. on the Real Estate sector. I have made a bunch of edits recently so I hope they have been helpful and accurate. Ksu6500 (talk) 03:52, 3 January 2017 (UTC)

Hi Maxime Vernier, you helped a former colleague of mine with their edit request at BNY Mellon toward the end of last year. I'm wondering if you'd have time to review this request for a few routine edits? Some requested updates under Leadership and Company culture have already been made, but I'm still seeking editors to review and implement updates to the introduction, Operations, Investment services, Recognition, and Company culture. I have a WP:COI as I am posting suggested edits for BNY Mellon as part of my work at Beutler Ink. Thanks in advance, Danilo Two (talk) 17:05, 25 September 2017 (UTC)

Thank you Buster, I have updated my page Maxime Vernier (talk) 06:25, 1 July 2018 (UTC)
Hi Maxine - I noticed you've been adding Russell 2000 to company infoboxes. I'm wondering how sustainable this info is for 2000 articles? How frequently does the list change (daily, weekly, quarterly, etc?), and are you somehow alerted when the list changes? Should this info go on the talk page, if you are unable to edit any more and others want to help keep the info from becoming outdated? Also, why did you choose to do the Russell 2000, and not the easier to maintain 1000? Any particular significance to the 2000? Cheers. TimTempleton (talk) (cont) 18:35, 25 July 2018 (UTC)
Hello Tim, lots of questions. I might be interested at some point to create a bot to make it sustainable. On the Russell Indexes page we say the indexes are rebalanced annually in June but IPOs are added quaterly. My primary source of information is the composition of the ETFs that track these indices. I have done DJIA, DJTA, DJUA, S&P 100, S&P 500, S&P 400, S&P 600, Russell 1000 and now I am on the Russell 2000 (from big capitalizations to small capitalizations somewhat). Hello Maxime Vernier,
My name is Saralynn and I am a Public Relations professional at GCI Health, an agency specializing in healthcare. We’re reaching out on behalf of our clients at Cantel to potentially update outdated information found on the Cantel Wikipedia page.
We’re reaching out to you because we know Wikipedia users depend on active, qualified editors for accurate and supported articles. To further disclose our position, we are aware that per Wikipedia’s guidelines, neither the company nor the company’s representatives can make direct edits to Wikipedia pages. Respecting these rules, our priority is ensuring that the Wiki has the most up-to-date information – we’re reaching out in the hopes you may be able to assess the current state of the page against publicly available information on Cantel to make accurate and appropriate updates.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Hello Maxime, I've noticed your work on adding indices to infoboxes, and so thought you would have the appropriate subject knowledge to look at a draft page for Upland Software, which is here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Upland_Software
It is traded as NASDAQ: UPLD and is part of the Russell 2000 Index Component, and has been included in analysts coverage although the page itself is coming up against "notability". Perhaps you could see if the page could be improved, or where to find independent, significant, coverage that seems should exist for a company in the Russell 2000 Index? This page seems similar to other companies in content, tone, and references so I'm a bit lost on where to go from here. Seems like this has potential to be useful as an encyclopedia entry as no other resources of consolidated information seems to exist for the company.
(and I have been paid to help work on this page, and did disclose, so please don't feel obligated to look into this if that's an issue)
Thank you for your time,
Regards,
Naadobea1776 (talk) 18:21, 2 July 2019 (UTC)
P.S.
I should note I found additional sources for a "further reading" section, added them there so it's not a huge amount of links in the content of the article, in case that's helpful.

Hello Maxime Vernier. I am employed by a communications firm, and I have been working since May 2019 to improve a draft of an article for a client, Resideo, a public company operating in the smart-home technologies marketplace. In response to feedback from Wikipedia reviewers on previous drafts, I have made improvements on sourcing and, I believe, I have removed all promotional language that may have been biased. I researched other company pages created as a result of spin offs (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Corporate_spin-offs) and used them as inspiration for the Resideo article structure. Before I resubmit this for approval, I would appreciate any feedback from you that would further improve the article or any comments you have on the subject's notability. I understand I am working in a conflict of interest/paid editing situation, which is why I am asking for your help. Here is a link to review it in the draft space: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Resideo Nellie04 (talk) 19:12, 29 August 2019 (UTC)
