I'm afraid not. The content was extremely similar to the article deleted by Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Cockpit Manager '14 less than a month earlier. Articles deleted by deletion discussions can't just be recreated, the recreation has to show some significant improvements over the deleted version to address the problems that were brought up in the discussion.
